What should I do if my order is damaged or missing an item?

Uh oh! Mistakes happen, but they need to be fixed. Take a photo of what's missing or your damaged item and send it to us through the Contact Us page. We'll respond and take care of it within 24 hours.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Everybody within the USA gets free shipping.. yes, even you Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Outside the USA, it's just a case by case basis! If you're in a different country you can also check us out on Amazon and see if we're already selling in your country.
